Georgia Chair’s Solid Oak Bookcase has shelves that adjust for the best fit. The inside faces of the panels have a 5/8″ wide groove for flush mounting K-V channels which permit shelf adjustments in 1/2″ increments. This method is far superior to traditional shelf pegs or shelf clips and increases the load bearing capacity of the bookshelves tremendously. The shelves are 13/16″ thick and will not sag.
